If your case looks worth appealing, you’ll be invited to proceed for a £5 admin fee. If you don’t want to continue, there’s no obligation.
What do I pay if you win?
We charge a £10 success fee only if your parking charge is cancelled.
What if my ticket isn’t cancelled?
If your ticket isn’t cancelled, you don’t pay the success fee. You can then decide whether to pay the parking charge or take the matter further yourself.
Do I have to contact the parking company?
