Frequently Asked Questions

Is it really free to submit my ticket?

Yes. You can submit your parking charge for review with no payment required. We only ask for payment if your case is accepted and you choose to proceed.

What happens after I submit my ticket?

We review your parking charge and any evidence you upload. We’ll then email you to let you know whether your case is suitable to proceed.

If it is, you’ll be invited to continue for a £5 admin fee. If not, there’s no obligation to continue.

What do I pay if my ticket is cancelled?

If your parking charge is cancelled, we charge a £10 success fee.

What if my ticket isn’t cancelled?

If your ticket isn’t cancelled, you don’t pay the success fee. At that point, you can decide whether to pay the parking charge or take the matter further yourself.

Do I need to contact the parking company?

No. If you choose to proceed, we prepare and submit the appeal on your behalf.

Is BeatMyTicket a law firm?

No. BeatMyTicket provides an administrative appeal service. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.

Can you guarantee my ticket will be cancelled?

No. Outcomes depend on the parking operator, the evidence, and the circumstances. We review each case before inviting you to proceed so we only take on cases that have a realistic chance.

What type of tickets do you handle?

We handle private parking charges issued by companies such as ParkingEye, UKPC, Horizon, Smart Parking and others. We do not handle council-issued Penalty Charge Notices.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Your information is handled securely and only used for the purpose of reviewing and submitting your appeal. Payments are processed via Stripe.
