You only pay when it makes sense.
We operate on a low-risk, outcome-based pricing model so you never pay large fees just to try an appeal.

| 3. Choose to proceed | If your case looks good, you can proceed | £5 admin fee |
| 4. We submit the appeal | We prepare and submit your appeal | Included |
| 5. If your parking charge is not cancelled | We don’t succeed | No further charge |
| 6. If your parking charge is cancelled | We succeed | £10 success fee |
If your appeal is unsuccessful, you are not charged the success fee and you remain free to pay the parking charge or take further action yourself.

Paid only if you decide to proceed after we review your case and confirm it is suitable for appeal.
This covers:
- Reviewing your PCN and evidence
- Preparing a tailored appeal
- Submitting the appeal on your behalf
- Managing the appeal process
✅ £10 success fee
Only charged if your parking charge is cancelled.
If the appeal fails:
- You do not pay the success fee
- Your card is not charged again
What you don’t pay

❌ No payment if you choose not to proceed
❌ No success fee if your appeal fails
Payment security
All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
We never store your card details ourselves.
Your card is only charged:
• £5 when you choose to proceed
• £10 only if your parking charge is cancelled

Our pricing is built around results, not promises, we believe:
