1. About Us

Beat My Ticket (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides an administrative support service to help users prepare and submit appeals against private parking charges in the UK.

We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.


2. Our Service

We:

  • Review the information and documents you provide
  • Prepare a written appeal based on common industry standards and guidance
  • Submit or assist with submission of the appeal to the parking operator or relevant appeals body where applicable

We do not:

  • Guarantee any outcome
  • Provide legal advice
  • Represent you in court
  • Assume liability for any parking charge

3. Eligibility

By using our service, you confirm that:

  • You are the registered keeper of the vehicle, or
  • You have authority from the registered keeper to act on their behalf

4. Accuracy of Information

You confirm that:

  • All information and documents you provide are accurate to the best of your knowledge.
  • Any appeal outcome may be affected by incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information provided.

We are not responsible for unsuccessful appeals caused by inaccurate information supplied by you.


5. Payment Terms

Our pricing operates as follows:

  • Submitting your case for review is free
  • If your case is accepted and you choose to proceed, a £5 admin fee is payable before we submit the appeal
  • If your parking charge is cancelled, a £10 success fee is payable

If your parking charge is not cancelled, no success fee is due.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your card details.


6. Responsibility for the Parking Charge

You understand and agree that:

  • If your appeal is unsuccessful, you remain fully responsible for the parking charge
  • Using our service does not suspend, transfer, or remove your liability for the charge unless it is cancelled by the operator or appeals body

7. Timeframes

Appeal timelines vary depending on:

  • The parking operator
  • Independent appeals bodies (e.g. POPLA or IAS)

We are not responsible for delays outside our control.


8. No Legal Advice

Our service provides administrative assistance only.
Nothing we provide constitutes legal advice.

If you require legal advice, you should consult a qualified solicitor.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount of fees paid to us

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
The version in force at the time you submit your appeal will apply.
